Statistical analysis parameters effect on contact angle of TEOS-SiO2-PDMS films prepared by sol-gel process

Abstract
This work investigated the effects of levels of silica content, silica nano-particle size and heat treatment temperature on the contact angle of TEOS-SiO2 -PDMS films. Design-Expert® software was used to design the experiments and analyze experimental results. The results indicate that both silica amount and heat treatment have significant effects on the contact angle of TEOS-SiO2 -PMDS films, while silica particle size and interactions between factors have no important effect.
