The notion of N-fuzzy sets (NFS) has been applied to a newly defined algebraic structure bi Γ-ternary semigroup. The notions of N-fuzzy bi Γ-ternary subsemigroups and N-fuzzy bi Γ-left (right, lateral, quasi, and bi) ideals have been defined and related properties have been investigated.
